they tell these companies who they can hire, the min amount they can pay them, whether or not they can smoke in their own business, how late they can be open, what days they can be open, etc. why are these decisions not left for the owner to decide. the guy who put his life and soul into building the business. if he wants to hire all white people(use any race here), smoke 10 packs a day in his restaurant, pay his help 10 cents a day, thats his choice. not yours, mine or the governments.
